Pricing:

All prices are in US dollars. All photographic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors are subject to correction. Prices and products are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy:

A. Authorization
Items that need to be returned must follow the instructions below:

1. A return good authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns.
2. All returns are subject to the manufactures returned goods policy and a minimum 15% restocking charge or the manufactures restocking fee which may be more than 15%.
3. Upon receiving the returned item a refund will be sent to the cutsomer.

B. Order/Shipping Error
Items ordered or shipped in error may be returned provided:

1. Customer service is notified within (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Returns must be received within (21) days of initial shipment and products must be in original, unopened, undamaged cases, suitable for immediate resale.

Error or Damage in Shipment:

We use the greatest possible care in packing our shipments. Notification by customer must be made to or customer service department within 72 hours of delivery in order to receive full credit for any product error, damage or lose occurring in transit. Claims for damage honored after the original packing and merchandise has been inspected by the carrier. Customer service will arrange for the return of all merchandise no charge to the customer.

This return policy does not apply to custom ordered items, terms may differ, please check at the time of ordering.
